Caravan Pet In‑Store Postcard Contest Ontario, Canada

1.Sponsor

The Contest is administered by Caravan Pet (“Sponsor”).

2.Eligibility

Open to all legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority in Ontario at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and any individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to enter.

3.Contest Period

The Contest begins on May 18, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

The Contest will take place at multiple participating retailer locations during the Contest Period. The Caravan Pet freezer will be displayed at one participating retailer location for approximately thirty (30) consecutive days (each, a “Location Period”).

Each monthly draw will include only entries received during that calendar month.

A total of eight (8) prizes are available to be won, with one (1) prize awarded per participating retailer location during each Location Period.

4.How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter, visit a participating retailer during the Contest Period and complete the official Caravan Pet postcard. Entrants must:

  1. Fill out the sender information section.
  2. Provide the name and mailing address of a friend or family member in Canada.
  3. Confirm that they have permission to provide the recipient’s mailing address.
  4. Complete the mandatory mathematical skill‑testing question located on the postcard: (12 × 4) + 6 – 3 = ____
  5. Submit the postcard to a store employee.

Only the sender of the postcard will be entered into the Contest. The postcard recipient does not become an entrant.

No purchase is required to enter or win.

5.Privacy and Use of Personal Information

By submitting a postcard, the entrant confirms that they have obtained permission from the postcard recipient to provide their mailing address.

The recipient’s personal information will be used solely for the purpose of mailing the postcard on the entrant’s behalf. It will not be used for marketing purposes and will not be retained beyond fulfillment.

Entrant information will be used only for Contest administration in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

6.Prizes

There are eight (8) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of:

  • One (1) Caravan Pet branded prize pack (approx. value: $100)
  • One (1) $250 gas gift card

Total approximate retail value (ARV) per prize: $350.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, transferred, or exchanged, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Gas gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

7.Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

8.Winner Selection

At the conclusion of each Location Period, one (1) eligible entrant will be randomly selected from all valid entries received at that specific participating retailer location during its Location Period.

Selected entrants will be contacted using the information provided on the postcard. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

  1. Selected entrants must respond within seventy‑two (72) hours of notification.
  2. Correctly answer the mathematical skill‑testing question.

Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate entrant.

9.General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  • Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits fraudulent entries.
  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

10.Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
  • Technical failures of any kind
  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of a prize

11.Governing Law

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

12.Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
